Job summary

Crunch Fitness is growing and seeks a dedicated Member Services Supervisor in-person in Dearborn, MI. You will manage daily club operations, coach staff, and drive membership sales while delivering outstanding member experiences.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, making staffing decisions, booking appointments, and conducting tours to enroll new members. A friendly, results-driven attitude with prior service/management experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of club SOPs and policies.
• Communicate and implement club policies to staff.
• Encourage teamwork and productivity.
• Make decisions as needed.
• Generate appointments via referrals, networking, and presentations.
• Give gym tours and enroll prospects in memberships.
• Promote membership services and Dot Fit products in sales pitches.
• Maintain records in Crunch Fitness VFP systems.
• Conduct daily facility walks to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
