Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Columbus, OH is seeking a Member Services Supervisor to lead the club's front-desk team and drive member enrollment and engagement. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, high-service environment for members and guests.

This full-time, in-person role offers a starting wage of $12.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus; benefits include health insurance and a free gym membership for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
• Management: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
