Job summary

Crunch Fitness is growing and seeks a Customer-focused Member Services Supervisor to lead front-desk operations in East Lansing, MI. This full-time role combines member engagement, sales of memberships and Dot Fit products, and staff supervision to maintain club standards.

Pay is $13.73/hr plus a monthly bonus. Requires at least 1 year of customer service and 1 year of management experience, in-person work, and United States citizenship. Website: www.primetimefitness.org

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies for the club
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, presentations, and phone calls
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll them in a membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure cleanliness

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
