Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Supervisor in Farmington Hills to join a fast-growing team. The role focuses on selling memberships, guiding prospects through gym tours, and maintaining accurate records while upholding club policies.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service and 1 year of management experience, with a hands-on, team-oriented approach. In-person work is required at the Farmington Hills location, with health insurance and a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
