Crunch Fitness is seeking a friendly and energetic Member Services Supervisor to join our New Albany, IN club. This full-time, in-person role focuses on leading front-line staff, upholding club policies, and driving member engagement.

You will manage memberships, greet prospects, conduct tours, and promote Dot Fit products, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean facility. A United States citizen status is required.

Competenze

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Management experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
