Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a Member Services Supervisor in Newport, Kentucky. The role focuses on implementing club policies, driving memberships, and maintaining accurate records. In-person work is required with a focus on customer engagement and member growth.

You will lead a team, conduct gym tours, enroll new members, and cross-sell Dot Fit products while upholding SOPs and delivering exceptional service. Eligible candidates are United States citizens with relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
