Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Supervisor to join our team and drive member engagement while managing daily operations in our Michigan club. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes delivering great customer experiences, promoting memberships, and upholding club standards.

You will lead staff, implement policies, and contribute to a growth-focused team culture with a monthly bonus opportunity.

Competenze

1 year customer service experience.
1 year management experience.

Demonstrate working knowledge of club SOPs and policies.
Communicate and implement club policies to employees.
Encourage staff teamwork and productivity.
Illustrate ability to make decisions.
Generate appointments through referrals, networking, presentations, and calls.
Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours and enroll members.
Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products.
Maintain records in Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
Conduct daily facility walk-through to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
