Job summary

BayPort Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members and visitors in a professional and timely manner, and to provide information on membership eligibility, accounts, loans, and available services.

You will handle transactions, process transfers and payments, assist with loan applications and product questions, and identify cross-sell opportunities to support member satisfaction and BayPort’s growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general credit union procedures including cash handling and loan processes.
• Education equivalent to a four-year high school diploma.
• Previous teller or member service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
• Provides information on membership eligibility, account types, loan products, and services.
• Handles various member requests including transfers of shares, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to support the credit union's growth and member satisfaction.
