Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Acceptable credit rating and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Provide prompt, professional service and address member questions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
• Maintain a clean, secure workstation and follow security protocols.
• Promote BayPort Credit Union’s products and services aligned with members’ needs and financial goals.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and assist with updates and branch communications.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in training and personal development.
• Support branch management with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
