Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Houston is seeking an entry-level Member Specialist to interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.

You will receive training on AAA products, strive toward cross-selling goals, and have opportunities for pay increases and career growth. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services support to AAA members.
• Interface with members with confidence to meet cross-selling goals.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents.
• Interact with members by telephone and in-branch.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Be available during branch hours: Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm.
