Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Texas is hiring for an entry-level member services role within our branch network. You will interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services to AAA members.
• Interface with members by phone and in person.
• Cross-sell products and services to members.
• Assist with billing, passport photos, road-trip planning, and cashiering duties.
• Support agents and other team members.
