AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level member and insurance services associate. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling insurance and membership requests, and supporting our branch teams.

Qualifications

• Entry level role in branch network interfacing with AAA members.
• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services support to AAA members.
• Interface with members by phone and in person to answer questions and process requests.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet individual and team goals.
• Travel to local branches as needed to assist and train staff.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents and specialists.
• Adhere to branch hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm) and complete regular duties.
