Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level professional to join our branch network and deliver friendly insurance and membership services to AAA members. The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work overtime, and a willingness to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background check and drug screening are required.
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License.
• Experience in insurance or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services to AAA members in person and over the phone.
• Receive training on AAA products and services and assist with cross-selling goals.
• Develop insurance leads for agents and life specialists.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and team members.
• Support branch operations and handle billing inquiries.
