AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks an entry-level Insurance and Membership Services Associate to support members in branch and over the phone. You will learn AAA products, interface with members, and help achieve cross-selling goals while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance and membership services to AAA members in branch and over the phone.
• Learn a range of AAA products and services to aid members confidently.
• Help achieve individual and team cross-selling goals.
• Develop insurance leads for sales agents and life specialists.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and team members.
