PURE, a member-owned property and casualty insurer, is seeking a dedicated Member Services Associate in Charleston. The role focuses on engaging with members across phone, email, text, and live chat to provide empathetic support and solutions.

You will handle billing inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and guide members through the online portal. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days, remote 2 days), offering onboarding, paid training, and opportunities for overtime
