• Required to assist in training / re‑training new and current employees.
• Maintains accurate documentation of all customer contact.
• Responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Triage phone requests to other departments.
• Handles written correspondence in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and knowledge of the MIS system.
