Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding appointments and inquiries.
• Refer calls to providers according to established protocols.
• Document information completely and accurately in a timely manner.
• Make outbound calls to remind patients of appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality adhering to HIPAA requirements.
