Qualifications

• IHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
• Inbound call center experience.
• Healthcare or insurance experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Guides members to navigate the member portal and become self-sufficient.
• Resolves issues accurately and expediently with appropriate information.
