Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative in San Diego to join our team. You will greet members, conduct tours, process sign-ups, and manage front desk duties with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities include answering calls, enforcing the Judgement Free Zone, promoting memberships and tanning products, and helping members with PF Mobile App. A positive, reliable attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.

• Experience in sales.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Exceptional customer service, positive and professional interactions.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy in all interactions; appropriate behavior and language.
• Must be 18 years or older; CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Enforce the Judgement Free Zone policy.
• Take tours and assist with sign-ups and front-desk tasks.
• Answer phones and handle member questions professionally.
• Check members into the system and process sign-ups.
• Promote memberships and tanning products; support app downloads.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist management as needed.
• Build connections within the local community.
