Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members by phone, email, and in person.
• Establish new electric service and process account changes.
• Process connects, disconnects, meter changes, and service requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate member account information.
• Assist members with online account access and troubleshooting.
• Support collections and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate with billing, metering, operations, and other departments.
