Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve issues while maintaining the checkout area
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist with self-service technology
• Maintain safety and security, observe procedures, and report unsafe situations to management
• Assist with training and rollout of new programs and technology for Member Frontline Services associates
