Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a customer-focused front-line member service associate to support checkout operations, assist with purchases, and promote Sam's Club products.

You will guide members on self-service technology and process payments, returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and security, maintaining entrance/exit areas, and delivering excellent service while helping with training on processes.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service at checkout and assists with purchases.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides self-service tech.
• Processes returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy and payment type.
• Maintains safety, security, and cleanliness across the store areas.
• Assists with training and delivering program rollouts for new tools.
