Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail front-end experience including operating checkout equipment.
• Experience with mobile retail applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Maintains merchandise areas and assists with locating items.
