Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to deliver a superior member experience in Rockland, ME. You’ll greet members, process sign-ups, answer phones, log amenities, and communicate class schedules and events.

The role emphasizes a positive, upbeat attitude, basic computer skills, reliability, and a willingness to promote our Judgement Free culture. You’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly attitude and 18+ years of age.
• Exceptional customer service and professional interaction.
• Basic computer skills for registration and inquiries.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work with others.
• Strong communication and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to represent Planet Fitness values and brand.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming, helpful attitude.
• Check members in, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions and directions.
• Promote fitness classes and programs to members and prospects.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas.
• Track key metrics such as guest counts and inquiries.
• Provide backup support and uphold club policies and safety rules.
