Job summary

Basic computer skills and a positive attitude are essential; you should be comfortable working with a POS system and assisting with member questions to support a smooth club operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverages or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Explain and promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Adhere to policies and procedures in the handbook.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold facility rules.
• Provide backup support as needed.
• Communicate updates between staff.
