Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to communicate clearly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and accuracy for POS and records.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and a welcome atmosphere.
• Answer phones, assist callers with questions, and check members in.
• Tour facility, sign up new members, and log amenities in the system.
• Explain and promote fitness classes to keep workouts engaging.
• Adhere to policies, support daily metrics, and assist in emergencies as trained.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety, lead by example, and protect member data.
