Job summary

Planet Fitness - Portland ME Group in Maine seeks a friendly front desk team member to deliver a superior, Judgement Free experience to members, prospective members and guests. You will greet, check in members, handle sign-ups and answer questions with a positive, professional attitude.

You will keep the front desk area clean, assist with memberships, process POS transactions, promote fitness classes, and support club operations while upholding the brand values of Planet Fitness.

Qualifications

• Positive friendly attitude and 18+ years old.
• Basic computer proficiency with accuracy.
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, sign up new members, log amenities.
• Explain and promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold policies and procedures.
