Job summary

North Star Community Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to join our Grafton branch. You will assist members in person, by phone, and through digital channels, handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial tasks with accuracy and care.

You’ll open and maintain accounts, provide remote assistance, and help members navigate online services while identifying opportunities to offer tailored solutions that meet their financial goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service or financial services experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service, detail orientation, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
• Assist members with account inquiries, products, and services
• Open and maintain accounts, including remote account assistance
• Process and disburse member loans
• Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies
• Support members with online financial services and general account access
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs
• Maintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and procedures
• Assist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entry
