Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is hiring a Branch Specialist 4 to greet members and determine service needs, perform notary and DMV transactions where allowed, and provide exceptional customer service. You will assist with travel arrangements, merchandise sales, and membership upgrades while supporting administrative tasks in the absence of management.

You will balance cash, prepare deposits, and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• High School GED is required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks daily.
• Notary license obtained and maintained as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needs.
• Provide requested services or direct members to the appropriate area.
• May perform notary and DMV license transactions; handle related duties.
• Resolve problems and support administrative functions in absence of management.
• Deliver high level of customer service per Quality Assurance Standards.
• Assist with cash handling, payments, deposits and reports.
