Job summary

Topside FCU is seeking a Part Time Contact Center Member Services Representative in Fredericksburg, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service across phone, chat, and secure messaging, including Video Banking and ITMs.

You will assist with account inquiries, openings, and routine transactions while adhering to regulatory requirements. Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and up to six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Requires up to six months of related or equivalent experience.
• A preferred background includes member or customer service experience in a contact center or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service through telephone, chat, secure messaging, and Video Banking/ITMs.
• Open and service accounts, resolve routine concerns, and guide members to appropriate resources.
• Identify member needs and upsell digital solutions when appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, and internal controls.
