Topside FCU is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative in Fredericksburg, VA. The MSR will handle teller transactions, assist members with digital banking and debit cards, and supports branch operations to ensure a high-quality member experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and professional service across service channels, with opportunities to expand responsibilities as knowledge and competency grow.

Qualifications

• Up to six months of similar or related experience.
• Experience in member service, customer service, retail banking, cash handling, teller operations, or a comparable financial services environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, checks, and other routine transactions.
• Provide information on Credit Union products and services and assist with digital banking and debit cards.
• Balance cash drawers, refill ATMs, and handle cash securely.
• Follow policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements; protect member information and report anomalies.
