Job summary

Cy--fair-Federal-Credit-Union seeks a Digital Services Virtual Representative I to assist members in Houston via Interactive Teller Machines (ITM). You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries with emphasis on accurate, friendly service.

The role requires strong listening and verbal communication skills, precise cash handling, and adherence to BSA/Reg CC policies while promoting online banking products. This is a part-time position in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• One month to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions via ITM: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions; ensure accuracy.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Mitigate potential fraud losses with KYC and Reg CC compliance.
• Use Synapsys CRM to manage account notes and history.
• Perform file maintenance, re-scan checks, and manage mail room transactions.
• Provide exceptional member service and respond to Net Promoter Surveys.
