Responsibilities

• Assist members by providing account information and troubleshooting across channels (phone, chat, secure messaging).
• Adhere to policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with opening and servicing accounts, including complex account types per training.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and digital solutions to members.
• Meet department standards for response times, resolution, quality, and satisfaction.
