Job summary

The 4-County Electric Power Association is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to deliver outstanding service to members at the front counter and call center. You will handle cash transactions, balance drawers, assist with billing inquiries, and promote our services, with occasional shifts at Corporate Center and Starkville locations.

Strong interpersonal skills and computer terminal experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to interact with the public and provide courteous service.
• Experience operating computer terminals and office machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with excellent customer service on a daily basis.
• Back up cashiers and clerical functions to maximize customer relations.
• Market and sell customer services and programs; consult with members on billing or problems as they arise.
• Rotate between call center and cashiering at Corporate Center and Starkville locations if needed.
