Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism.
• Assist members with account inquiries, online banking, and card services.
• Process payments, order debit/credit cards, and support ATM/VISA issues.
• Open/close accounts and accept loan applications.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
