Job summary

Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative for our Member Relations Center (call center). The role aims to identify member needs and provide appropriate credit union product solutions while assisting with all requests through inbound and outbound channels.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, fax, email, web, and video chat; processing financial transactions, check orders, debit/credit cards, fraud disputes, stop payments, and ACH originations;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and two years of experience in the financial service industry.

Responsibilities

• Assists member with inquiries and product servicing via phone, fax, email, web and video chat.
• Processes various member service requests including financial transactions, check orders, Debit/Credit cards, fraud disputes, stop payment requests, and ACH originations.
• Maintains a high knowledge level of all products and services to respond to member inquiries and resolve issues.
• Actsively cross-sells additional products and services to achieve credit union goals.
• Assists members with accessing all Credit Union digital service offerings.
• Processes outgoing wire requests accurately and timely.
