Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with account balances, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and account updates.
• Support members with online banking, mobile banking, and website navigation issues.
• Investigate and resolve account concerns and service-related requests.
• Verify member information while maintaining confidentiality and account security.
• Recommend products and services based on member needs.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Address fraud-related concerns, travel notifications, and security inquiries.
• Document member interactions thoroughly while navigating multiple software applications.
• Meet established performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training opportunities, and call evaluations.
• Build positive relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized service.
