This contract-to-hire role includes comprehensive paid training, a hybrid work setup, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team. Pay is $19.75 per hour with eligibility for benefits after onboarding.

• Assist members with accounts, debit and credit cards, loans, savings products, retirement planning, and more.
• Use technology and multiple systems to efficiently resolve questions and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.
• Create positive experiences that strengthen member relationships and reinforce trust.
