Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide basic counseling on available banking products to meet member needs.
Assist members with opening and maintaining deposits, loans, and other financial products.
Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
Cross-sell products and enhance member relationships through education.
Follow applicable federal and institutional regulations related to financial products and services.
Support teammates by sharing knowledge as experience grows.
