Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling on Navy Federal products and services.
• Assist members with opening/maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance member relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge as experience grows.
• Handle cash and other negotiable instruments securely.
• Process routine transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
