Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling on products to meet member needs.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and enhance member relationships.
• Understand and comply with relevant regulations governing financial products.
• Share knowledge and best practices with teammates as experience grows.
• Ensure cash and negotiable instruments are handled securely.
• Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
