Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive checks, money, debit and credit payments from members.
• Answer all account related inquiries and resolve transaction issues.
• Follow procedures to count and manage funds received from members.
• Build and maintain member relations through high-quality service.
• Reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
