Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members and open new accounts; process changes.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Enter transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, coin sorter and process cash deliveries weekly.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain reports: vault control, returned checks, Visa gift cards, coin sorter.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Answer phones and perform general clerical duties.
• May train in other branch operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
