Job summary

Town & Country Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face for our members. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other cash transactions with accuracy, while delivering outstanding service in person, by phone, and by mail.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in a financial or cashier role, strong communication, and comfort with numbers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in a financial institution or similar cashier role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and comfort working with numbers.
• Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule: varying shifts Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays, 20-25 hour per week.

Responsibilities

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan and credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Balancing your cash drawer daily and ensuring all transactions are accurate.
• Assisting members in person, over the phone, and by mail.
• Identifying member needs and cross-selling products and services that add value.
• Resolving member concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
