• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred)
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
