Job summary

Communication Federal Credit Union in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver prompt, courteous member service and process accurate teller transactions. You will cross-sell credit union products and services in line with members' financial needs and the credit union's goals.

You will be the primary initial contact for most member dealings, building relationships and helping members achieve their financial goals in a friendly, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen and help people effectively.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience and accuracy.
• Work schedule includes Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.
