Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Cedar City, UT is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) to deliver exceptional service at the Main Street Cedar City branch. You will assist with opening and servicing accounts, explain products, and support members to achieve their financial goals.

The role offers starting pay of $17.50 per hour, with bilingual English/Spanish earning an additional $1.00 per hour, plus incentives, benefits including medical and dental, PTO, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• MSR onboarding through the following: Branch Foundations Teller Branch Checklist Products & Services Teller Follow-up Training Computer/Office Equipment Skills Proficient computer operating skills Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to assess needs and advise on accounts and products.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services through a consultative approach.
• Meet sales and service goals and follow up with members for satisfaction.
• Handle branch transactions accurately and securely.
• Respond to member inquiries via email/phone and maintain deposits and withdrawals.
