Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Saint George, UT, is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, open new accounts, and assist with member needs using the credit union’s consultative approach. The role emphasizes sales and service goals, teamwork, and accurate processing of transactions in a fast-paced branch environment.

Full-time hours Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; benefits include medical/dental, PTO and holidays, 401(k) match, tuition

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• MSR onboarding within 90 days: Branch Foundations Teller, Products & Services, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs, advising on products and services, and processing transactions.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Explain MACU products and services to meet member goals.
• Cross-sell financial services to enhance member value.
• Maintain accurate records and complete transactions per policy.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals.
