Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with Members by engaging in conversations in person and over the phone.
• Provides quality service by assessing, advising, and assisting membership.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services as needs arise.
• Educates members about MACU products and services.
• Meet production goals as a representation to help our members.
• Greet all members professionally.
