Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Cedar City is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our members, open and service accounts, and explain MACU products with a consultative approach.

You will work 20–25 hours weekly at the Cedar City branch with a flexible schedule, bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required, and opportunities for incentives, training, and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• MSR onboarding within the first 90 days: Branch Foundations, Teller Branch Checklist, Products & Services Teller, Follow-up Training, Computer/Office Equipment Skills, Proficient computer operating skills, Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assess member needs.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Explain products and services and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Follow branch procedures and maintain security and accuracy.
• Travel may be required.
